Here’s our story

What began in our home kitchen, creating delicious finger foods for family events like weddings and birthdays, quickly grew into something much bigger. Friends and family couldn’t get enough of our food and the innovative flavor combinations we served up.

What started as a small, family-run venture soon transformed into OW Food Systems, a professional catering business based in Nova Scotia. Today, we operate out of a fully equipped kitchen, serving a wide range of clients across the region. Our dedicated team of six passionate food enthusiasts is ready to cater events of all sizes—from intimate gatherings to large-scale events of up to 1,000 guests.
